Observations, complaints and appeals

Observation and complaint may be exposed through a letter - via postal mail, fax or e-mail.
Before sending a message or make a complaint, we inform you that:

We will not accept forwarded messages anonymously, to avoid to enter into speculative reports of disruption of competition.

The accuracy of data entered will be under control before starting the treatment procedure.
It is guaranteed the protection of personal data of all persons using the service complaints and observations and treatment is assured anonymity, if requested by the subject.

It should be noted that in the case of observations that refer to possible criminal offenses committed by personnel of the Meridiana, and for all the complaints and appeals will also be informed of the Committee for the Protection of impartiality (CSI).

The Istituto Meridiana is committed to providing a response to the complainant within 30 working days subject.

The message is different from the complaint as it does not necessarily imply dissatisfaction with the services or products purchased, but indicates behavior not in line with the technical reference (ISO 9001, etc..).

The appeal is a request sent by the client Istituto Meridiana for reconsideration of a decision that he has taken against him.

The application may be sent by registered mail to / within 15 working days of notification of the decision taken by the Istituto Meridiana.

Transient to ISO/IEC 17021:2011

Disposizioni in materia di transizione delle certificazioni dei sistemi di gestione di qualità dalla norma ISO/IEC 17021:2006 alla ISO/IEC 17021:2011

In data 1 febbraio 2011, è stata pubblicata la Norma Internazionale ISO/IEC 17021:2011 che sostituisce la ISO/IEC 17021:2006, che è stata contestualmente ritirata, ma che continua a valere nel periodo di transizione, fissato in 24 mesi dalla data di pubblicazione; pertanto entro il 1 febbraio 2013 tutti gli Organismi accreditati ISO/IEC 17021:2006 dovranno adeguarsi alla nuova norma.

Istituto Meridiana S.r.l. ha stabilito che a partire dal 1 luglio 2012, gli audit di certificazione, sorveglianza, estensione e rinnovo saranno condotti secondo la norma ISO/IEC 17021:2011.
